All About Tennis will accept returns for most products with in 30 days of the purchase date. Many products we carry are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty (see below for more information). Items returned after the 30 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Customers are responsible for shipping to and from All About Tennis.
Sale/Closeout ItemsItems under the SALE categories or items marked as a "sale item" are eligible for store credit or exchange within 10 days of being delivered.
New Racquets
- All racquets must be in new condition with no signs of use
including ball fuzz on the strings, plastic removed from handle, scraps
and scratches on the frame or bumper gaurd, etc.
Defective Racuets
- All new racuqets come with a 1 year warranty from their manufacturers to protect against defects.
- Replacing defective racquets is up to the descretion of the manufactors, not All About Tennis.
- Racquets that show signs of abuse, have been run over, customized
or altered from original condition, damaged from the sun or heat, etc.
will not be replaced.
- If the manufactures decides not to grant a replacement, your racquet, along with an explanation from the manufacturer, will be returned to you.
- Shoes returned to All About Tennis must be in the condition they
were received (i.e. no wear marks on the sole or other signs of use)
- If the shoes have any marks, dirt, ball fuzz, etc. please clean them prior to returning them.
- Please do not place any shipping labels or packing tape directly
to the shoe box, use the box the shoes were shipped in to return the
shoes.
- Include a statement on whether you would like an exhange or credit for the returned shoes.
PLEASE NOTE: Items returned that
do not abide by the above policies will be sent back to the customer or
issued store credit at the sole descretion of All About Tennis. Shoe
returns will be accepted 30 days after the purchase date. Shoes
returned after the 30 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee
and no returns are accepted after 60 days. The customer is responsible
for shipping charges to and from All About Tennis.
Footwear Warranties
Many manufactures offer a warranty for their shoes, please see specific
policies for each manufacturer below. Sole warranties are limited to a
one-time replacement. Return all shoe with a copy of the invoice.
Adidas:
To submit a claim for shoe replacement with Adidas, send your worn
shoes, along with the original invoice (we can mail or fax this to you
if necessary). Also, include your name, mailing address, phone number,
and a check or money order for $8.30/per pair made payable to Adidas
for the shipping charges.

Prince:
- Prince's limited gaurantee is limited to the United States
- Shoes damaged caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty.
- Prince reserves the right in its sole descretion to determine whether the outsole is worn.
- Offer is limited to a one time replacement.
- Team purchases are not eligible for replacement.
To submit claim for shoe replacement, send your worn Prince shoes with
your original receipt (we can mail or fax to you if needed) and the
Prince guarantee card completely filled out.

For more information on the guidelines for returning shoes to Nike,

All returned apparel must be unwashed and unworn will the
original sales tag still attached to be eligible for return. Items
returned that have been worn or are missing their sales tag will not be
returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unused with their original packaging and labels.
Products in these categories do not come with manufacturer warranties.
If your item is defective we will accept it up to 30 days after the
purchase date. Bumper guards and grommet sets are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
Much of our court equipment is drop shipped directly from the
manufacturer and thus can only be returned to the manufacturer for
warranties, refunds or exchanges. You will need a Return Authorization
Number (RA) issued from All About Tennis, contact us for more
information.
NOTE: Please refer to your product's
details for specific warranty information. Returned products may be
subject to a restocking fee, as well as shipping fees. Please allow 1-3
weeks for refunds to be issued.
Specialty orders are not available for return.
